By accessing our membership site and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Products (Themes, Skins, Plugins, Addons & Media)

We provide custom digital assets designed for 3rd party software environments, including but not limited to PSMC, Kodi, Launchbox, Bigbox, Retrobat and other 3rd party applications for gaming, home theater and other media centers.

• License: Membership grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our themes, plugins, and custom media. Redistribution or reselling of these assets is strictly prohibited.
• Custom Media: We provide custom designed media (including but not limited to artwork, videos, logos, and interface graphics) for use within your personal software setups.
• Compatibility: While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee that our skins, addons, or media will function perfectly with all versions of PSMC, Kodi, Launchbox, BigBox, or other gaming and media center applications, especially following 3rd party software updates.
• Updates: Access to updates for our custom skins, plugins, and media is limited to the duration of an active membership.

2. Hardware Sales (Home Theater & Retro Gaming Hard Drives)

We sell specialized hardware storage solutions.

• Pre-Configured Hardware: All hard drives are pre-configured by our team to ensure optimal performance with our custom themes, media, and software environments. This configuration is provided as a service to the user.
• No Prohibited Content: Our hard drives are sold as hardware storage and custom interface solutions. We do not sell copyrighted ROMs, ISOs, or unlicensed media. Users are responsible for replacing all sample data used in the configuration with their own legally owned content.
• Hardware Warranty: Physical hardware will include warranties by the respective suppliers as included with them items during shipping. Warranty is void if the pre-configured software environment or custom media structure is modified or tampered with by the user.

3. 3rd Party Software & Applications

No Responsibility for 3rd Party Software: We are not responsible for the functionality, maintenance, support or legality of any game emulators or any other 3rd party software used in conjunction with our products.

• Users are solely responsible for the installation, configuration, and legal use of any emulators or software not created by us.
• We do not provide support for troubleshooting core 3rd party software or emulator bugs, performance issues, or updates.

4. Membership & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, membership fees and digital product purchases are non-refundable once accessed. Physical hardware may be returned within 14 days if media structure has not been modified or tampered with by the user, ONLY if in original condition and must contain all original packaging. All return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of Kodi, Launchbox, BigBox, PSMC, or any other 3rd party applications for gaming, home theater and other media centers. We are not liable for any software crashes, data loss, or hardware damage resulting from the installation of our plugins or the use of our pre-configured hard drives on your personal equipment. We do not offer support of any kind to any of the 3rd party applications used in the configuration of the pre-configured hardware sold.
